Chanting: Chant along with “Om Namah Shivaya” in rounds of 27, completing 11 × 27 repetitions before wearing; continue daily (ideally 1 mala / 108 for 41 days).
Muhurat: Tuesday or Saturday (Hanuman’s days), especially on Hanuman Jayanti.
