Refund & Return Policy

Overview

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on manuastro.com and the Manuastro app — consultations, wallet recharges, reports, Mall products, puja bookings, courses and memberships. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Consultations (Call / Chat / Video) and Wallet

• Consultations are charged per minute from your wallet, only for the time you are actually connected with the consultant.
• If a session fails to connect, the consultant does not join, or it drops because of a technical fault on our side, the amount deducted for that session is credited back to your wallet within 24–48 hours after we check the session log.
• If you are not satisfied with a consultation (for example the consultant was unresponsive or the connection was poor from the consultant's side), raise a request within 7 days from Consultation History or through Customer care. After review, a full or partial wallet credit may be given.
• Refunds are not given only because you disagree with a prediction or remedy — astrology is guidance, not a guarantee of results.
• Wallet recharges are not transferable. Recharge amounts are refunded to your bank or card only for failed or duplicate payments, or where required by law. Bonus, cashback and promotional credits are never refundable.

Reports, Ask a Question and Other Digital Services

• Once a report, kundli PDF or answer has been generated and delivered, it cannot be refunded.
• If it is not delivered within the promised time, or it was prepared with wrong details because of our error, we will redo it free of cost or refund the full amount.
• If you entered wrong birth details yourself, we will regenerate the report once, free of cost, if you ask within 7 days of purchase.

Mall Products (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras, Puja Items)

• You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. After dispatch, it is treated as a return.
• You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged in transit, defective, different from what you ordered, or does not match its lab certificate. Please share photos (an unboxing video helps for transit damage).
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with the certificate, invoice and tags.
• The following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong: items energised (abhimantrit) or customised in your name, gemstones cut or set into a ring or pendant to your size, consumable puja samagri, and items marked "non-returnable" on the product page.
• After the returned item passes a quality check, the refund is sent to your original payment method within 7 working days, or a replacement is shipped if you prefer.

Puja, Remedies and Event Bookings

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled puja or session for a full refund.
• Once the puja or session has been performed, it cannot be refunded.
• If we are unable to perform it on the scheduled date, you can choose a new date or a full refund.

Courses, Memberships and Programs

• Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no paid benefit has been used (no live class attended, no paid session booked and no premium content downloaded).
• If a course or program is cancelled or postponed by us, you get a full refund or a free transfer to the next batch.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

• If money was deducted but the order or recharge was not completed, or you were charged twice, the extra amount is refunded automatically to the source account within 5–7 working days.

How to Request a Refund

• Write to contact@manuastro.com or call +91 1334360025 / +91 9456781120 (Mon–Sat, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm) with your order ID, registered mobile number, reason and photos where relevant.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. Wallet credits appear immediately after approval; banks may take 3–5 more working days to show money in your account.
