Manuastro Returns & Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched. We are committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Manuastro Online Store. In case you may wish to return your item(s), please ensure that you follow the instructions given below, in order to ensure a hassle-free and speedy refund.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 7 days of receipt. The item shouldn’t be opened or tampered with and should be as-it-is like when it was received.

No return/refund shall be allowed for the customized products viz. rings/pendants etc in metal.

If you wish to get the product replaced, please call/email our customer support center at contact@manuastro.com first to know if the product is covered under return policy.

  • Books, remedies, horoscopes, used rudraksha, rudraksha mala, customized products as mentioned above and Yantras cannot be returned.
  • Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
  • Item(s) should be returned in the original box. The box should not be damaged/ tampered with by sticking label or otherwise writing on it.
  • Gems cannot be returned as they come with guarantee/certificate and properly checked before the dispatch. You should properly choose the Gems before making the payment.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Manuastro Customer Service team on receipt of the product. You will be responsible to safely send the product to below address with original packing (all bill, certificate etc) duly covered with new packing (if original packing is torn to below address. Insurance in such case shall be borne by You. A nominal charge of upto INR 1000 will be deducted from your refund towards retesting, validation of the product returned which will be intimated to you via email/call/sms.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Manuastro's 07 Day Returns Policy."

Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Manuastro.com, either through the Manuastro Online Stores or at a Manuastro Authorized Store, can be returned to Manuastro. There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Manuastro “Talk to an Astrologer” coupons
  • Manuastro Printed Horoscope
  • Manuastro Electronic Horoscope
  • Manuastro Electronic Cards
  • Manuastro Expired Cards/Partial Used Cards
  • Manuastro Print Products
  • Food, plants, flowers, and perishable goods.
  • All The Digital Service and Consulting Services offered by Manuastro
  • Goods marked "as is," "no returns accepted," "all sales final," or with similar language
  • Goods used or damaged after purchase
  • Customized goods received as ordered
  • Goods not returned with their original package
  • Goods not returned within the window time of 07 days
  • Goods which cannot be resold due to health considerations

Payments

All payments are collected and processed in a secured manner by third party payment gateways. We DO NOT collect any payments directly. We follow reasonable industry standards, technical measures and procedural measures to protect against unauthorized access and use of your supplied information. However, you should know that neither we nor any other web site can fully eliminate all the risks.

Refunds

Refund for E-Commerce or product purchase:

Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you have paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item in original condition. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you paid with a Manuastro Gift Card, payments will be refunded in the form of a new Manuastro Gift Card within about 10 days. If you are returning an item at an Authorized Manuastro Store, you will receive a new Manuastro Gift Card.

In case of non-receipt of Gift cards/vouchers/refunds, kindly contact us through your registered email/phone, we will be happy to help you to resolve the issue.

If you paid with a money order, cashier’s check or other cash equivalent, you will be refunded in the form of a cheque from Manuastro which will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow about 15 days to receive your check from the time we receive your return.

Refunds for Service:

Refunds will be considered only if a customer mail us at contact@manuastro.com or through your login portal before 48 Hours of the appointment. No refunds shall be considered post expiry of this period. However re-scheduling once shall be allowed but that too before 24 Hours of appointment/delivery of service but in this case the sole discretion lies with Manuastro only to accept to reschedule the service/appointment. No refunds shall be made for non-attending of the appointment call. We shall intimate the same to you via sms/email. No refund/reschedule shall be considered in this case. No refund shall be made if incorrect information or data is provided by the Client. Once the service/data is delivered, no refund will be considered. However all eligible refunds shall be made as per Refund policy furnished above.

Cancellation Policy

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care on at contact@manuastro.com or through your login portal as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a Manuastro voucher. But in this case, the product should not have been received by you.

If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care at contact@manuastro.com or through your login portal to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse in original condition.

For Manuastro Printed Horoscope or other online services, once an order is placed it can't be cancelled. In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts (maximum 2) at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000+GST would be charged on the refund amount.

Exchange Policy

Strictly, No exchange of studded stone/Gem/Rudraksha will be allowed/accepted. Broken/modified/crack/deformed/decolored/or other disordered stone/Gems/Rudraksha etc shall also not be eligible for Refund.

Only items packed in original packing with original certificate, invoice etc and received at Manuastro in original condition shall be eligible for refund (only if found ok).

Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online and Call Center Purchases

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Manuastro’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Manuastro Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Manuastro cancels an order after you have already been billed, Manuastro will refund the billed amount.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We reserve right to cancel any order placed on our website in any case whatsoever before dispatching it and we would be notifying you the same via email, any losses tangible and intangible in whatsoever form due to this process will be solely user’s responsibility and manuastro.com doesn’t take any liability in this case.

CUSTOMIZATION OF PRODUCTS (Making Rings/Pendants/etc)

Though we take maximum care in making the product to the best of your satisfaction based on the requirement. But manuastro does not guarantee of exact colour/shape/design/feel/etc. of the product made and shall not be liable to be claimed for such observations by You. Manuastro shall not be responsible for incorrect size given by you. Under any circumstance, manuastro reserves the right to cancel the order with refund of your amount as per refund policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Manuastro uses the best third party carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and Ships time or you may also visit the carrier website consignment number for delivery updates.

Delivery is not in the control of Manuastro though manuastro.com follows up for the scheduled or earliest delivery of your goods. For any delays beyond control of manuastro, manuastro cannot be claimed for any direct/indirect claims of whatsoever nature.

Ships Time

The 'Ships' time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Ships: Within 24-48 hours," the item will leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours after you place your order and we receive the payment in full.

For Customized products, shipping time may vary depending on the type of customization and the effort required which shall be intimated to you on your registered mail/phone number time to time. While Manuastro works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer Ship times.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, and then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we shall notify by email of the new ship and delivery times, or cancellation or refund intimation to you through your registered or provided email and mobile number.

Shipping Methods

Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Cart page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep.

We are using third party courier services for delivery at your doorstep. Though we are taking maximum care for safe and timely delivery but it may delay due to reasons beyond control of manuastro. Delivery time may vary on: the type of product chosen If any customization required Natural calamities beyond control of manuastro Standard delivery shall be made in 7-10 working days Product customization may take upto 20-25 days or more depending on the type of customization needed by you

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Manuastro’s control once it leaves our facilities, Manuastro cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Shipping Cost

If your order totals more than Rs. 20000, you'll receive free standard shipping in India. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Insurance Cost

There would be an option to opt for the third party insurance of the product which would vary from product to product and would be certain % of the value of the goods. You can choose to either opt or to leave the insurance option based on your requirement. You only shall be responsible to follow up for all such claims on your own from the service provider. Manuastro will not be responsible for issues in delay of such claims/non-responsiveness by the agency (insurance company) of any nature.

Consumers & Manuastro Authorized Partner Only

The Manuastro Store sells and ships products to end-user customers or Manuastro Authorized Partner only. You may not purchase products at the Manuastro Store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Manuastro may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us; we’re building them as fast as we can. Manuastro reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Manuastro confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Manuastro will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full or may ask you for alternate product via call/email/your account inbox. .
