Refund & Return Policy

At ManuAstro™, every product and service is delivered with spiritual care and precision. Each gemstone, rudraksha, yantra, and astrology-related item is prepared and energized as per your specific details to ensure authenticity and personalized benefit. To maintain the sanctity and quality of our offerings, we have outlined our return, exchange, and refund policy below.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • You have received an incorrect item different from what was ordered.

Because our products are spiritual and personalized in nature, we cannot accept return requests based on personal preferences, changes of mind, or perceived differences in color, texture, or size.

Note: Videographic proof of the unboxing process is mandatory to process any return or exchange request. This video must clearly show the original packaging, product, and damage or discrepancy. Without this proof, the return or exchange request cannot be processed.

 

 

Timeframe

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, certification, and any accompanying documentation.

  • Any tampering with the product, its energization seal, or certification will void the eligibility for return or refund.

Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sacred and customized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not possible for the following categories (unless damaged or incorrect upon receipt):

  • Energized Gemstones

  • Personalized Yantras or Rudrakshas

  • Custom-made Astrology Reports or Remedies

  • Personalized Jewelry or Rings

  • Spiritual or Puja Items that have been blessed or used

  • Gift Cards or Vouchers

These items are prepared specifically for individual customers after detailed astrological calculations and cannot be reused or resold.

 

 

Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–12 working days after inspection of the returned item.

  • You will be notified via email once your returned item is received and the refund has been approved or denied.

Refunds can only be made to the same payment source originally used for the purchase to maintain compliance with financial regulations.

For COD Orders:

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, we may request your bank details (such as a cancelled cheque or passbook copy) to initiate a refund. Refunds will be processed only to the verified account that matches the original order details.


For Prepaid Orders:

Refunds for prepaid orders made through credit card, debit card, or net banking will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Note: Courier fees, duties, and transaction charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer.

 

 

Exclusions

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor imperfections or packaging variations

  • Slight differences in color or size (these may occur due to screen resolution or natural variations in gemstones)

Customers are encouraged to review all product details and size specifications carefully before placing an order.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as most products are custom-prepared, energized, or spiritually consecrated for each individual.

 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional processing time.

  3. If you still haven’t received the refund after these steps, please contact us at contact@manuastro.com with your order details for assistance.

 

 

Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased under Sale, Offer, or Discounted categories are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

 

International Orders (Outside India)

  • For international shipments, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 40–45 days of identifying the issue.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not refundable and must be borne by the customer.

  • If an international shipment is refused or returned after dispatch, all applicable return costs and customs duties will be deducted before issuing a refund.

  • The refund will be issued only after the product is received back at our facility in its original condition.
