  • Packaging: Each product is carefully packed using multiple protective layers to prevent any damage during transit. Energized gemstones, yantras, rudrakshas, and other sacred items are sealed in secure pouches or boxes after proper purification rituals.

  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured until they are delivered to you. Your peace of mind is our responsibility.

  • Trusted Couriers: We ship through reliable and reputed logistics partners such as Shiprocket, BlueDart, DTDC, and other authorized courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India and abroad.

 


Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation. For customized, personalized, or energized items, additional time (up to 7–10 business days) may be required as per the energization rituals.

  • Domestic Delivery: Delivery within India generally takes 7–15 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier efficiency.

  • International Delivery: For orders placed outside India, delivery may take 15–25 days from the date of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and destination country regulations.

  • Delays: Although we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, strikes, customs checks, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed of the revised delivery status.

 


Shipping Costs

  • Transparent Pricing: Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, order weight, and courier service.

  • Free Shipping Offers: From time to time, we may offer free shipping or promotional discounts. Such offers, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout or on our website.

  • International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.

 


Delivery Address & Updates

  • Accurate Information: Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or non-delivery.

  • Address Changes: If you wish to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp/SMS to monitor the shipment’s progress in real time.

 


What to Expect at Delivery

  • Verification: For high-value or custom orders, our courier partner may request a signature or ID verification at the time of delivery to ensure safe receipt.

  • Missed Delivery: The courier will make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Please contact us promptly to arrange re-delivery or clarification.

 


Handling Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to adhere to stated timelines, ManuAstro™ LLP shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Acts of government or regulatory authorities

In such cases, we will notify you at the earliest and take all reasonable steps to complete the delivery as soon as possible.

 


Non-Delivery & Returns

  • If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact support@manuastro.com within 30 days of purchase.

  • In case of delivery discrepancies (e.g., damaged, missing, or incorrect items), please refuse delivery and notify us immediately with photos or proof.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellations are not permitted, as most items (such as gemstones, yantras, and personalized charts) are custom-prepared and spiritually energized for individual clients.
