These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website manuastro.com (the “Website”), our mobile applications (the “Apps”), and any services, products, reports, consultations or content provided by ManuAstro (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website, Apps or Services you (“you”, “User”, “Member” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or our Services.

1. Updates to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Our Services - Overview

ManuAstro provides astrology, vastu, numerology and related consultations, digital reports, personalized remedies, courses, and physical products (e.g., gemstones, yantras) through the Website. Services may be offered directly by ManuAstro or by verified third-party astrologers and consultants listed on our platform.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming binding contracts to use our Services. Minors may use the Services only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian. To use certain features (for example, booking consultations, purchasing reports, or accessing past orders), you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration;

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information;

  • Be responsible for activities that happen under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false information or suspected abuse.


4. Booking, Payment & Orders

  • All prices and fees will be displayed before you complete any purchase. Payment can be made using the payment methods enabled on the Website (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets etc.).

  • Payment processing is handled by our payment gateway partners. You agree to comply with the terms of such payment processors.

  • For digital products (reports, PDFs, downloadable items), delivery is typically by email or via your account dashboard. For physical products, shipping timelines and policies are provided on the product page.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds and cancellations depend on the type of Service purchased. If you cancel a booking or order, refund eligibility will follow the specific refund policy displayed at checkout.

  • For personalized reports or consultations that have entered the “processing” stage (assigned to an astrologer or prepared for delivery), refunds are generally not available.

  • For product orders, returns and replacements are subject to the Return & Refund policy on our Website. Shipping costs, bank charges and transaction fees may be deducted from any refund where applicable.

6. Account Deletion & Data Rights

If your account allows registration on the Website or App, you may request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. To request deletion:

  1. Go to your account settings and select Delete Account, or

  2. Email us at contact@manuastro.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and we will process the request.
    We will confirm receipt and delete or anonymize your data in accordance with applicable law. Some data may be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons (e.g., financial records) as permitted by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Unsubscribe & Marketing Communications

You may opt out of marketing emails and SMS by using the unsubscribe link available in our communications or by contacting us at contact@manuastro.com. For transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts), you will continue to receive essential notifications even if unsubscribed from marketing.

8. Use of Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and Apps including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, audio, reports, and software is owned or licensed by ManuAstro and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification, republication) requires our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Providers

Some Services may be delivered by third-party astrologers, vastu consultants, or product suppliers. Those third parties are independent and are not employees of ManuAstro. While we vet and verify practitioners, we do not control their advice or guarantees and are not responsible for the outcome of any consultation. Any disputes with a third-party provider should be raised with us and we will assist in resolution where appropriate.

10. User Conduct & Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Website or Services to:

  • Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;

  • Harass, threaten or harm others;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website;

  • Resell Services without our written permission;

  • Transmit viruses, malware or harmful code.
    We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

11. Disclaimers & No Guarantees

Astrology, vastu, and related Services are provided for guidance and informational purposes only. ManuAstro and the consultants make no guarantees or warranties about outcomes. You should not treat our Services as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Any decisions you make based on our Services are your responsibility.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManuAstro and its officers, employees, affiliates and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold ManuAstro and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website or Services.

14. Privacy

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India. Notwithstanding the foregoing, parties may seek interim relief in courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain otherwise in full force and effect.
